We bid a warm Bienvenue to Jimmy Vairon from Paris, France who joins the Jitterbugs Swingapore family! Jimmy started out as a ballroom dancer but then went on to train at the Academie International de la Danse in Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Street Jazz and Hip Hop. He continued to expand his repertoire, learning Acrobatics and circus Arts. At Jitterbugs Swingapore, Jimmy will be teaching Break Dance, Acrobatics (adults and kids) and Abstract - a style which combines Contemporary and Hip Hop.

Jimmy's will be teaching the following schedule of classes:

Acro Kids Intro (7 t0 12 yr)
9-week terms
Fee: S$135 (Members) / S$160 (NonMembers)

ABOUT KIDS' COURSES

Kids' dance courses are grouped according to age and ability.

As a guide, children will remain in each level for about a year. All promotions to the next level (if any) will be made at the teachers'discretion at the end of terms 2 and 4.

In the event that the instructor feels your child should be in an different level (eg her abilities are beyond her current class mates’), the instructor will consult with you to suggest a more appropriate class. This however, may mean he / she moves to a different time slot.

REGULAR 9-WEEK TERM
BABES / TOTS / KIDS CLASSES

All our Tots and Kids classes correspond with the Singapore school terms as published by the Ministry of Education. Each of our dance terms are 9 weeks long, with fees prepaid on a term basis. The number of children in a class will be limited to ensure quality of class.

The Tots and Kids Dance Enrichment Programme is performance-based, as opposed to examination-based, and opportunities for the children to gain experience on stage will be provided.

Our Kids classes are divided into age groups and levels of difficulty.

The levels for each group are:
- Level I, beginner
- Level II, beginner / intermediate

Courses available for children are:

Jazz for Kids (7 to 12 yr)	CSTD Tap Kids (4 to 12 yr)

Kids Performance Programme
(“KPP”)

All Tots and Kids are 9-week terms. Unless otherwise specified, the duration of each class is 45 minutes.
